Are you human?
Yes - our remote workforce is 100% run by humans, although in the future we plan to integrate AI in our service. Ask us about it!
Can I train my Elly VA to do things my way?
Yes, you absolutely can! Consider your VA as your own employee and train/use them as you see fit. We'll stay out of your internal process (unless we're training your replacement).
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time. Let us know via chat/email or cancel your subscription through the Admin page when you log in to Elly's platform.
What about refunds?
If you have already been billed, your cancellation request will not take effect until the following month. Unfortunately, we do not offer prorated refunds or cancellations for unused time. Contact our support via email/chat and we'll make sure you're not billed again.
What are specialty VAs?
A specialty virtual assistant has unique specialized and creative skills, such as graphic design, writing, coding, accounting, and more. If you need a specialty VA, please contact us.
Can you help with marketing strategy?
If you already have a strategy and templates for cold emails/outreach in place, we can help by implementing and providing consistent support. However, we aren't marketers - we can offer suggestions based on data we collect, but we leave the marketing plan up to you.

Do you offer support in multiple languages?
All our VAs are fluent in English. As of now, we only offer support in English.
